As my early years in East Africa were exciting and filled with adventurous safaris, wildlife naturally became my inspiration. After settling in Australia, I was able to realise a childhood dream of riding and breeding horses. My fascination with these enchanting creatures also inspires me to portray their character and diversity. I have expanded from graphite to oils in recent years and choose a realistic approach, adding my own artistic expression to natures awesome beauty. I exhibit my work nationally and internationally and find sharing my interests with others, very rewarding. I also support conservation through my work and was honoured to be invited as a signature member of the worldwide organisation, "Artists For Conservation". Combining my two passions of art and nature into a career has been the most interesting safari of all.
